Currently I work in mid fire stoneware, using clay from Medicine Hat.<br \/>\nWhat draws me to pottery as a maker is probably the same thing that draws those who take pieces home with them: a sense of personal connection. When I make pots, it\u2019s my wish that folks who use them experience some form of comfort or uplift, whether it\u2019s via a serving bowl that features in family dinners, or the off-colour humour of a swear word mug.<br \/>\nWhile I don\u2019t think I\u2019m out here changing anyone\u2019s life, I\u2019ve had lots of folks tell me I\u2019ve left a positive mark on them by making things they love.
